Ted Theodore is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Ischus Consulting Limited, a business advisory firm focused on leadership development, organisational transformation, and strategic business improvement. With over 20 years of global experience across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, he has held senior leadership positions within Shell, including Executive HR Director and Global HR Strategy Project Manager. Ted now advises executives, boards, and organisations on transformational leadership, change management, organisational effectiveness, and sustainable value creation across the energy and corporate sectors.
